Cedarwake Brew Guide

Best for: Drip coffee, pour over, French press, and everyday morning cups.

Recommended starting point:
Use 2 tablespoons of ground coffee per 6 oz of water.
For a 10–12 oz mug, use 3–4 tablespoons.

Drip Coffee:
Use a medium grind.
Brew with filtered water for a smooth, balanced cup.

Pour Over:
Use 20g coffee with 320g water.
Brew time: 3–4 minutes.
Grind: Medium-fine.
Best for bringing out Cedarwake’s smooth, balanced profile.

French Press:
Use 30g coffee with 450g water.
Steep for 4 minutes, then press slowly.
Grind: Coarse.
Best for a fuller, rounder cup.

Cold Brew:
Use 1 cup coarsely ground coffee with 4 cups cold water.
Steep 12–16 hours in the refrigerator.
Strain and serve over ice.

Cedrune Tip:
Start with a medium grind and adjust slightly finer for more strength or coarser for a softer cup.

Storage:
Keep sealed in a cool, dry place away from light, heat, and moisture.
