Emberfall Brew Guide

Best for: Drip coffee, French press, espresso-style brewing, and bold cups.

Recommended starting point:
Use 2 tablespoons of ground coffee per 6 oz of water.
For a 10–12 oz mug, use 3–4 tablespoons.

Drip Coffee:
Use a medium grind.
Brew with filtered water for a bold, full-bodied cup.

Pour Over:
Use 22g coffee with 330g water.
Brew time: 3–4 minutes.
Grind: Medium-fine.
Best for a deeper cup with more structure.

French Press:
Use 32g coffee with 450g water.
Steep for 4 minutes, then press slowly.
Grind: Coarse.
Best for Emberfall’s fuller body and deeper roast character.

Espresso-Style:
Use a fine grind.
Start with 18g coffee for a double shot.
Adjust grind and dose based on your machine.

Cold Brew:
Use 1 cup coarsely ground coffee with 4 cups cold water.
Steep 14–16 hours in the refrigerator.
Strain and serve over ice.

Cedrune Tip:
For a stronger cup, increase coffee slightly before changing grind size.

Storage:
Keep sealed in a cool, dry place away from light, heat, and moisture.
